Robert Half Marketing & Creative (formerly The Creative Group) is helping a company in Westminster, CO who is looking for a skilled and innovative 3D Artist to join their team. In this role, you will create high-quality digital models with a focus on brand-specific designs. You will play a key part in transforming concepts into tangible products by collaborating with various teams and leveraging advanced 3D modeling and sculpting tools.
Must be willing to work 5days/week on site for this role.
Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed and realistic 3D models of mannequins and related products using software such as ZBrush, Maya, and 3D Max.
• Incorporate a deep understanding of human anatomy to ensure proportionally accurate and lifelike designs.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize designs for 3D printing and manufacturing processes, ensuring quality and durability.
• Produce visually compelling renderings and visualizations for client presentations and internal evaluations.
• Explore and implement new techniques, tools, and workflows to enhance design and production capabilities.
• Maintain organized and accessible file management systems to streamline collaboration and project workflows.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on models to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of retail design and brand identity to create mannequins that enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in 3D design, digital sculpting, or a related field, or equivalent training or experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as a 3D artist, designer, or generalist in a relevant environment.
• Proficiency in ZBrush, Maya, and 3D Max, with additional knowledge of rendering environments and Adobe Creative Suite being a plus.
• Strong technical expertise in 3D modeling, digital sculpting, texturing, and rendering.
• Familiarity with 3D printing technologies and design principles for manufacturing.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication abilities and a collaborative mindset for teamwork.
