About The Role We seek a Regional Sales Director to lead our Americas Identity Protection business. This high-visibility role involves managing and guiding our Identity Protection specialists, developing strategies, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate is results-driven, customer-focused, technologically adept, and skilled at building relationships and partnerships. What You'll Do Oversee sales specialists in your region to drive strategy and achieve goals. Participate in strategic planning with sales management quarterly and annually. Communicate corporate strategy to your team. Plan and direct activities like forecasting, marketing, relationship development, and customer satisfaction initiatives. Set short-term and long-term goals aligned with company objectives. Identify resource needs and develop budgets for management review. Hire, develop, and evaluate personnel to meet sales targets. Keep senior leadership informed of key issues and changes. What You'll Need Experience selling Identity Protection solutions. Technical aptitude and quick learning ability. Proficiency in direct and channel sales approaches. Strong communication and presentation skills. Relationship building and negotiation skills. Ability to collaborate across functions like Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, Engineering, Support, and Product Development. Knowledge of security management technologies and market offerings. Experience with target account, solution, and consultative sales techniques. Understanding of how technology solves business problems. Experience working with sales and technical teams. MEDDPICC sales methodology experience (preferred). Budget development and project cost prediction skills. Leadership experience managing professional employees. Positive attitude and ability to work remotely, with willingness to travel. Management This role involves developing and executing policies affecting operations, managing budgets, and overseeing regional activities, including staffing, costs, and methods. The manager sets revenue targets, manages a team of senior sales professionals, forecasts revenue, and reports on sales activities. Education and Experience At least 8 years of sales experience and 1-5 years managing teams. Experience leading complex product and solution sales teams.
