**Job Title: Fabric Cutter** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Fabric Cutter to join our team in Fontana, CA. The Fabric Cutter will be responsible for accurately cutting fabric according to specified dimensions and patterns, ensuring precision and quality in every cut. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our logistics operations. **Responsibilities** + Measure and cut fabric according to specified dimensions and patterns. + Ensure precision and quality in every cut to meet company standards. + Maintain and operate cutting equipment safely and efficiently. + Inspect fabric for defects and ensure only quality materials are used. + Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless workflow. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. **Essential Skills** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Previous experience as a fabric cutter or similar role. + Ability to read and interpret patterns and measurements. + Strong attention to detail and precision. + Excellent hand-eye coordination. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Good communication skills. + Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle fabric rolls. + Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing preferred. + Familiarity with FTZ regulations and compliance practices is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy guaranteed 40 hours with opportunities for overtime, averaging 10 hours per week. The first shift starts at 8 am and ends at 4:30 pm, but availability from 6 am to 5:30 pm is required. Overtime averages 10 hours per week with some Saturday work. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fontana, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
