Job Title: Finance Intern FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Department: Finance Reports to Title: Corporate Controller Position Summary The Finance Intern will support the Finance and Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams with supporting processes, month-end activities and data analysis and processing. Responsibilities Support the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams with invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment tracking Assist in FPA activities such as analyzing financial data and trends to provide insights for decision-making Assist in month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations Utilize ERP system and other tools to support data analysis and processing Conduct ad-hoc reports per management requests Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with SAP, OnBase, or Adaptive is a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability Physical Demands and Work Environment: Work is performed in a office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Must be able to lift 25lb and must have knowledge of computers and be proficient in word and Excel.
