Location: San Antonio, TX 78249 Duration: 12+ months Work Schedule: Workdays/Hours: M - F 7:30 am - 4:30 pm CST Hybrid: In-office Mon - Thurs, WFH on Fridays Job Summary: The Global Supply Chain Order Fulfillment Analyst plays a pivotal role in maintaining seamless order flow from the Distribution Center to both internal and external customers. This position will collaborate with key stakeholders, including regional business units and supply chain teams, to ensure the efficient and timely handling of orders. Responsibilities: Ensure service level compliance while coordinating resources to enhance the efficiency of touchless end-to-end order flow. Act as the primary liaison between regional business teams and supply planning teams to promptly address order issues and provide visibility on order status. Effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and contribute practical insights during team discussions to improve team performance. Communicate with various functional units regarding order statuses, including shipping dates and reasons for any delays, while offering support on product availability and regulatory concerns. Serve as the main contact for QTC order management processes, ensuring all order milestones are met within the agreed-upon service levels. Utilize Excel for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting order errors, identifying root causes, and developing standard operating procedures to enhance order management and fulfillment outcomes. Provide regular updates to leadership on issue resolutions and proactively escalate concerns regarding unmet deadlines. Continuously seek opportunities for operational improvements and engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency. Required Skills: At least 2 years of experience with ERP systems. A minimum of 2 years in roles related to export, logistics, order management, or customer service. 2 years of prior experience in the medical device, healthcare supply chain, or pharmaceuticals industry. Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or, if lacking a degree, a high school diploma with 5 years of relevant experience. Certifications: Preferred credentials include certificates in International Logistics and Transportation, Export Operations, and global trade compliance.
