The Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) position offers mental health professionals the opportunity to launch or grow their private practice with support from Headway. Clinicians receive assistance with insurance credentialing, billing, and marketing, allowing them to focus on providing psychotherapy and medication management services to their clients. This role promotes flexibility in scheduling and supports access to mental health care by streamlining administrative tasks and offering telehealth services.

Wage: Between $95-$130 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• Malpractice insurance
