Position : US Field Medical Oncology, Medical Science Liaison – Lung & Emerging Tumors The MSL role embodies our medical mission to be recognized as the trusted partner for internal stakeholders and the healthcare community, driving scientific exchange to enhance medical education, data generation, insight generation, and patients’ access to medicine. Key Responsibilities External Environment and Customer Focus Develop and maintain relationships with academic and community research thought leaders, appropriate HCPs, and access stakeholders, within a given geography to answer scientific, unsolicited product, and HEOR related questions. Use various channels for interactions (1:1, group presentations, remote, etc.) Demonstrate proficiency in using available scientific resources and presentations. Effectively present information to TL / HCPs and respond to questions, ensuring medical accuracy and compliance. Assess the medical landscape by meeting with TL / HCPs / Access Stakeholders to understand their needs and expertise. Update own knowledge in treatment strategies, products, unmet medical needs, clinical trials, HEOR, and scientific activities. Understand the competitive landscape and evolving healthcare models. Identify opportunities for partnerships and research collaborations. Attend medical congresses and meetings, communicate insights back to teams. Contribute to the Medical Plan Develop geography-specific Field Medical and TL Interaction plans based on objectives and needs. Adopt institution / account planning approach. Contribute to development and delivery of medical programs aligned with plans. Provide Medical Support Establish compliant collaboration with cross-matrix teams. Support medical/scientific training and updates for internal stakeholders. Provide scientific support at promotional meetings. Participate in congress activities. Support Clinical Trial Activities Support research studies, facilitate patient recruitment, and discuss safe use of investigational products. Provide insights on study and site feasibility. Assist in ISR submission and execution. Ensure understanding and application of pharmacovigilance procedures. Support CRO-sponsored studies. Qualifications & Experience MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, NP with relevant experience. Knowledge of disease area, clinical trials, healthcare environment, and HEOR concepts. Excellent English skills. Minimum 2 years in clinical/pharmaceutical environment, prior MSL experience preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to learn quickly about new areas. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel extensively. Compensation & Benefits The starting range is $150,000 - $200,000 plus incentives and stock options, based on experience.
