Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support our scratch ticket fulfillment operations. This role will collaborate with various departments to analyze data, enhance operational efficiency, and drive sales growth through effective fulfillment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Research department to analyze scratch validations and identify key trends.
• Support all aspects of scratch ticket fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
• Review retailer data to uncover opportunities for improved execution and year-over-year sales growth.
• Participate in daily and weekly discussions focused on retailer scratch fulfillment strategies and execution.
• Gain comprehensive exposure to business operations by spending time with ITS, in the warehouse, and in the field.
• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities to optimize fulfillment and retailer performance.
