The Good Eating Company is seeking a Sushi Chef for our client in Irvine, California.
In the sushi chef role, you will be responsible for preparing different types of sushi such as nigiri, Poke bowels and maki rolls. You will also manage the ingredients handling and preparation. It is crucial that you maintain a deep understanding of which ingredients taste well together. We are obsessed with local products, scratch cooking, fresh ingredients, great food and being best in class. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
