Key Responsibilities: Manage and prepare intricate business tax returns specifically for Partnerships and S Corporations. Provide expert guidance on tax-related inquiries and assist customers in utilizing Intuit TurboTax Business products efficiently. Communicate complex tax information in an accessible and friendly manner. Maintain sensitive client information securely and responsibly. Leverage professional resources and government websites to deliver accurate solutions promptly. Utilize advanced video communication tools for virtual client interactions, ensuring a professional and engaging customer experience. What You'll Bring: Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in business tax preparation, including federal and state tax returns. An active and unrestricted credential: CPA, EA, or a practicing attorney. At least 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, handling 30 or more tax returns per season. Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, preferably across three or more days during the tax season. Preferably possess bookkeeping experience that encompasses tax preparation. Familiar with Circular 230 and proficient in technology and software applications related to tax preparation Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Access to a reliable internet connection that meets security standards.
