Technology Modernization - Anaplan Consultant Join to apply for the Technology Modernization - Anaplan Consultant role at Grant Thornton (US) Job Description As an Anaplan-focused Consultant within the Technology Modernization practice, you will help organizations proactively shape and implement their overall supply chain strategy and supporting initiatives. You will work closely with senior client leaders such as chief supply chain officers, chief operating officers, and chief financial officers to deliver supply chain engagements and demonstrate your expertise in implementing supply chain solutions that add value. Your responsibilities include: Leading project scoping, use case prioritization, and roadmap development for connected planning. Supporting requirements gathering, design, prototyping, and testing of solutions. Translating technical models into effective Anaplan multi-dimensional models following best practices. Supporting data integration and migration processes. Developing documentation for processes and models. Leading user testing, training, and deployment activities. Resolving technical issues through analysis and debugging. Maintaining strong client relationships and managing expectations. Building networks and communicating our value proposition to clients. Proactively identifying issues and suggesting solutions. Performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related fields. At least 4 years of experience with Supply Chain Planning or EPM technologies. Minimum 2 years of experience building models with Anaplan. Certified Anaplan Model Builder or higher. Proficiency in multi-dimensional modeling and data analytics. Knowledge of enterprise planning functions across finance, supply chain, and commercial sectors. Ability to work independently and manage small to medium-sized engagements. Strong communication and presentation skills. Problem-solving skills with mature judgment. Willingness to travel approximately 40-50%. Hybrid work model: in-person at least two days a week, either at a GT office or client site.
