Based in Downtown Los Angeles, CA, we are seeking a dynamic and innovative Interior Project Designer to join our Architecture Design Firm. This position is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented individual who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and has a passion for design. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing interior projects, ensuring high-quality results that align with our company's vision and clients' needs. This position requires at least 5 years of relevant experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and design interior spaces for various projects, ensuring they meet client specifications, budget, and timeline.
2. Develop and present design proposals using AutoCAD, including 2D and 3D renderings, to communicate design concepts effectively.
3. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other team members to create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing designs.
4. Oversee all stages of the design process, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring the project adheres to all safety regulations and quality standards.
5. Conduct site visits to assess the space and gather information for the design process.
6. Manage project documentation, including plans, specifications, and invoices.
7. Stay updated with the latest design trends, products, and technologies in the interior design industry.

Job Details

1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in the Engineering industry.
3. Proficient in Revit, with a strong understanding of space planning, color theory, materials, finishes, and furniture systems.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to clients and team members.
5. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
6. Detail-oriented and creative, with excellent problem-solving skills.
7. Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
8. Portfolio of previous work demonstrating a strong sense of aesthetics and design principles.
