  • Lead move management planning and on-site supervision

Design Execution:

  • Produce hand and computer-based conceptual drawings (2D and 3D)
  • Create and coordinate construction documents for complex interior environments
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years of North American interior design experience (residential and commercial)
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institution
  • NCIDQ certification required
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing internal teams and external consultants
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle
Software Proficiency:
  • AutoCAD (2015 or newer)
  • Revit (2015 or newer)
  • SketchUp
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Personal Attributes:
  • Passionate about design and up to date with current trends
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and solution-driven
  • Committed to excellence in client service and design execution
  • Confident, organized, and accountable with a professional demeanor
  • A collaborative team player who also excels independently
